Book Expo: Head over to The Shirt Factory this Saturday from 10am-5pm for their Second Annual Book Expo! Home to four unique indie bookstores (Beldame Books, Ghost Books, Little Black Walnut Books and Black Walnut Books), there will be something for everyone, including author panels at Rock Hill Bakehouse throughout the event, as well as story times at Little Black Walnut Books. South High Marathon Dance: It’s Marathon Dance weekend! As a South High alum, I [Bri] can attest that there’s really nothing quite like the energy and emotion in the gym as hundreds of students dance for 28 hours straight for an amazing cause (you can see this year’s recipients here). Maple Donut Weekend: March means Maple Season, and Hicks Orchard is celebrating this sweet time of year with their fan favorite Maple Glazed Cider Donuts! Glens Falls Restaurant Week: Hope you’re hungry! Restaurant Week kicks off on Sunday in Glens Falls and runs through Saturday, March 8.
