Since we’ve already started eating too many cider donuts, we’re thinking that stopping by Fit Fest on Saturday might be in our best interest ;) Sounds like there will fitness classes, demos, healthy snacks, and activities for the kiddos - all centered around health and wellness - and all right downtown in City Park.
