Hi! I’m Nicole Laubenheimer, I live in Hudson Falls with my fiancé Ryan, our 2 dogs and 2 cats. We just bought our first home and are expecting our first child in late December!
I work at Juicin’ Jar, a local cafe, bakery and gift shop right in the heart of Glens Falls. We are a family business, my sister and I are partners in running our small, women owned, business. We absolutely love our community and getting to spend our days together cooking, baking and laughing. I am very passionate about healthy and happy living, so being able to share that with our community is such a gift.
I also am a yoga instructor. I teach in Glens Falls in a beautiful studio, Grounded on Glen Street. Another amazing women owned business! Yoga is another passion of mine and it brings so much joy into my life. I teach a variety of different styles of yoga including Pilates and meditation.
I stay pretty busy between working on our business, teaching yoga and spending time with family. In my free time I love nothing more then hanging out with my fiancé and animals, spending time with my mom and sister, playing around in the garden and nature and just living a simple life.
A Perfect Glens Falls Day
When I’m out and about in Glens Falls I love to just enjoy our beautiful charming city — there are so many amazing small businesses in our area!
My ideal day in Glens Falls would be heading to the Farmers Market on Saturday morning after a yoga class and fresh smoothie from Juicin’ Jar! Going to dinner at Downtown Social, getting a gelato at Lake George Olive Oil Co, having a fun shopping date at Minky Mink! There is so much to do and explore!
